Thank you to everyone who came out on 4/2 to go blue for World Autism Awareness Day! We sincerely appreciate all of the community members, families, friends, 5k teams, and businesses who showed their tremendous enthusiasm and support for helping us kickoff Autism Awareness Month! We’d especially like to thank Building Blocks Center for Children with Autism, All Care Home Health, Danville Orthopedic and Athletic Rehab, Flash Productions, Danville Public Transit, Carrington Autism Resource Center at Averett University, Dell’Anno’s Pizza Kitchen, Jake’s on Main, and Golden Leaf Bistro.
Whether your favorite part of the day was the trolley ride, autism expo, taking the blue hair challenge, or participating in the FUNdraising activities, we hope you had a good time while raising autism awareness in our community.
Check out all of the fun we had by viewing photos from the event.
